How this contract can be transferred

Dispute Resolution

By using our website and any of our services you agree that courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to any disputes relating to acceptable use policy, exceptions for residents of Northern Ireland and Scotland, where they can bring the case in Courts located in Northern Ireland and Scotland respectively.

If you are a business entity, please note that all terms of this policy, including subject matter and its formation, contractual disputes, or claims are governed by United States Law. We both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes between us.
